De 100 armhävningarna or the hundred push ups

Hello!

Since a while I have struggeling with a traningprogram. The program is called 100push ups.
If you follow the progressive push ups training program, the constructor is positive you'll soon be able to do 100 push ups!
Well, I must say that it sometimes felt really hard. The pain and the acid maked me feal sick at the end of the sessions.
But since I am made of dicipline I refused to give up, and after week 6 I decided to give the 100:ed a chance.
And how did it end?
I lost counting about 70something..... shit!
However Im pretty sure that I did the 100:ed.

Then I went for a 2week holliday.
During the holliday I improvised a program of my own, and after returning home I decided to give the 100:ed a chance again.
This time I would not lose counting!

The first 40 was rather easy but at 60 the arms begain to feel weak. At that time I did not think I would be able to do the 100:ed. But after that I spread the hands just a bit and that maked a difference. The arms began to feal strong again and the 100:ed was no problem.
At 12o it suddenly begain to fel hard and after just 5 more I hit the wall.

In all, the program really works!
I started 8 weeks ago with a max of 32 push ups, now I have a pb of 125! Thanx!!
